I am looking for a mandarin language teacher. I need to meet 3 nights a week (Mon/wed/Fri) from 6-8pm. 500nt a night/ 1500nt a week. I need this to be a set schedule. I need to meet somewhere near Zhishan mrt station (Tienmu). I have a curriculum and materials: books, white board (tablet) I am using new practical Chinese from TLI. This book has Pinyin, characters, (traditional) and Bopomopo. I am using Pinyin and some traditional characters. Lessons: Vocabulary from the book. About 25-35 words a chapter. We will need to review these words and create sentences with them. Understanding each word and It's use. Sentence structure and patterns: Each chapter has grammar sentences and structures. Examples for each and exercises to be done both spoken and written. Dialogue: The book has 3 dialogue per chapter. We will need to read and speak each dialogue, review the translations and make clear understanding. Then highlight expressions and sentence patterns. There is a group of questions for each dialogue to be asked and answered. Finally I will need to summarize the dialogue and explain the story in my own words (Chinese ). Lastly there is a homework book: Each chapter has a small homework section and sentences, translation, etc. I will need this reviewed and sentence patterns corrected and explained. In additional I should write 10 sentences as homework for each class based on the lessons vocabulary and sentence patterns. as you can see the curriculum is already created and easy to follow. Focus is on daily conversation practice: pronunciation, grammar, natural phrases. You don't have to prepare for lessons. You don't have to speak English.
