Hello! I've spent two semesters learning Chinese, but I feel my speaking and listening are still fairly poor. I really want to continue my studies and improve these two areas in particular. I'd like to meet on Mon/Wed/and Fri evenings @ 7 for one hour sessions. I need a teacher who will push me and challenge me to improve quickly. Please help me attain some level of fluency.

I study each chapter in my book (PAVC) for two weeks. Week 1:: I study the new vocabulary. Week 2:: I study the new grammar. I'm looking for someone who can meet me after I get off work, on fridays at 6:00pm or 6:30 for 2 hours . If you can only meet me at 7:30 or 8 then it doesn't work. My wife and I are interested in learning Chinese 1 or 2 hours in the evening once a week in our home. Our daughter may or may not participate. The teacher should be comfortable with a child present with the occasional minor interuption. It is a family setting and we are patient people but very interested in learning Chinese. We are new to Taiwan. We live in BiTan in Xindian in Taipei. Teacher's degree isn't as important as a desire to help my family learn Chinese and the ability to do so.
