Hi, I'm looking for someone who is patient and friendly to help me with learning Chinese, with a focus on Speaking and Listening. I have studied 6 months of basic Chinese but I haven't had much opportunity to practice speaking. I'd like to gain confidence with everyday usage of Chinese, pronunciation and grammar structure. Hello! I am a visiting research student at NTU studying Chinese political economy, international relations, and participatory budgeting in Taiwan. I hope to improve my general conversation ability, as well as my ability to communicate in more technical terms. Bonus points to teachers who have knowledge of film (criticism and production) and Chinese philosophy, poetry, and history.
