The suites is brightly-lit and has one window, a desk, chair, closet, fan, AC and a double bed and .Monthly Rent : suite 1 :13500, suite 3 :10500  Internet, WI-FI, and cable are free.  The rent includes water fee and gas fee . They are all located in a super convenient area with everything around, convenient to NTNU, NTU, NTUE, PCCU, TMU and NCCU. In the large rooms, there is a double bed and a sofa bed, In the smaller rooms, there is a single bed. Each room has 1-2 wardrobes, 1 set of desk and chair, a microwave, a fridge, a TV, an AC, bookshelves and cabinets and a big window. The rent for the rooms in these areas, goes from NT$9300 to NT$15700 + utilities. There is access to internet, wifi, (cable TV) , washer and dryer.
