Hello! 1 room in a 3-bedroom apartment for 1 person is available now. This is a very bright, spacious and clean apartment located in Da-An district. 6 minutes walk to Da-An MRT (Red/Brown line). A park and U-Bike station just right in front of the apartment, multiple bus stops nearby as well. The rent is NT$ 18,000 per month (water, electricity, gas, wifi are included in the rent; an extra fee of NT$1,000 for AC will be charged if used in summer). A deposit of 2 months' rent (NT$ 36,000) is required. This is a fully furnished room with 1 double bed, a huge wardrobe, 1 big window, 1 desk, 1 bookcase, AC, wifi and many utilities are included.
