Hello, I live here in Taiwan and have tried to learn Chinese on my own. After 3 years I feel stuck, am having trouble moving forward and feeling overwhelmed. I am an English Tutor and I tell my students I know how they feel because I am tying to learn a language myself. I live North of Tamsui, New Taipei City, so it would be great if I could meet someone from that area. I am willing to go as far as Shilin in Taipei. I am willing to listen to any ideas. Thank you.
