Hi there! I’m Guanling, a professional full-time Mandarin teacher. I’ve been teaching Chinese in Europe, Taiwan and online for around five years, in classrooms, large corporations and now as a one-on-one personal tutor based in Taipei. Whatever your level from beginner to intermediate or advanced, I’ve the experience and ability to help you realize your language learning goals.
I’m a relaxed and good humored person, so you’ll find our lessons have a friendly but ambitious atmosphere (I really want to push you to be able to use practical Chinese in your day-to-day life!). I’m also fluent in English and French, so I understand the challenges that my students face when learning Mandarin.
Class content can be tailored to your needs, goals and interests. Previously I’ve used established textbooks, videos, news articles, novels and my own customized materials to target lessons directly towards what is best for each individual student.
