Taipei Fuhsing Private School invites teachers in the Taipei area to join our on-call list of substitute teachers. Substitute teaching can be a great way to develop your CV, cultivate professional relationships, and earn extra money if you are currently focused on after-school teaching and tutoring. Should a Fuhsing teacher become sick or have planned leave, we will contact teachers on our list to ask if they are available to cover some or all of the classes until the regular teacher can return to work.

Eligible candidates must live in the Taipei area with an open work permit, either by APRC, marriage visa (JFRV), or Taiwanese citizenship.

Fuhsing is a historic K-12 institution located in the heart of Taipei near the Zhongxiao Dunhua MRT station. Starting in first grade, the bilingual division is modeled on an American curriculum and produces excellent English speakers who are well versed in western skills and concepts, achieving admittance to many of the finest universities in the world. Our school currently employs 37 qualified teachers from overseas.

Our international teachers are responsible for five content areas. In the secondary school we offer Literature, Science and Social Studies, while in the elementary school we have Reading and Science.
