I graduated from Dept. of Foreign Languages & Literature of NTU. I've tutored English and foreigners with Mandarin. I've also translated thesis papers, books, articles and news in TV. I think my English is proficient enough to explain many details in your learning Chinese, and my Chinese level is far above the average Taiwanese. I can even teach composition and advanced courses. I didn't get a certificate so my charge is cheap: NT$300 per hour; the great Taipei district accessible by MRT is preferable.
