Whatever your goal is, I can help you to reach it by making a plan and finding strategies. The class can be held at your place for more convenience if it’s in Taipei downtown, or in a Public Library from downtown. They are based on different type of documents to make the course enjoyable and interesting (video, pictures, magazine, news, movies…). In order to be able to communicate, you will study: reading/writing, listening/speaking, conversation. Each class is more or less focused on one of those skills, and some classes are completely oriented on one theme: grammar, civilization, pronunciation or any point you need to work on according to your goal(s).

Most non-native English speakers, even if they become fluent, always have one thing that they can't seem to get rid of. The one thing that always draws attention to itself - their accent. Sometimes it is so bad that people have difficulty understanding the person, which makes good conversation virtually impossible to achieve. For some reason, very few tutors seem to focus on this. I have the very great fortune of having grown up speaking five languages - English with my father, Mandarin with my mother and Italian, French and German with my friends and at school. Probably because of this, I am especially good with different accents. Please be warned - your accent IS the most difficult part of a language to learn. BUT, if you're serious about greatly improving your English, it's also necessary... and completely worth your effort.
