I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for my room in Neihu starting mid- or late August. Currently sharing the apartment with 2 other flatmates. Easy, mid-rise 4th Floor walk-up building. Lease will expire in March 2021 with no renewal, as the landlord will be selling the place. Availability for viewing immediately.

THE APARTMENT: big and spacious with 2 balconies. Kitchen and washing machine with drying area.

Great access to a local night market, a mix of authentic, local food and high-end cafes, and public transportation (direct bus service to TPE Airport within walking distance, a bus to Yangmingshan, and only a 20 min MRT ride away from Nangang Expo Center). It's a nice, quieter part of town with access to beautiful hiking trails (Jinmianshan is only a 10-minute walk).
