The room is located on the seventh floor (7F) of a building with an elevator. It's in a quiet neighborhood, fully-furnished, and air-conditioned. As well, there is a spacious huge living room, bathroom, and balcony shared with the other tenants. The building is only an 8-minute walk from MRT Qizhang (七張), 3 minutes walk to Cardinal Tien Junior College of Healthcare and Management.
Taipei "Metro Rapid Transit" will take you around Taipei area. You may down load Taipei MRT Map for reference.

The room is brightly-lit and has one window, a desk, chair, closet, fan, AC and a doubled bed and mattress.
 Internet, WI-FI, and cable TV are free.
 The rent includes water, gas, and management fees. However, electricity is extra.
 A security guard watches the apartment 24 hr./7 days a week.
 There is also a garbage collection on the first floor between 5-9 pm.
 Flatmate: 3 gentleman with jobs, also can speak English.
 Transportation : Only 8 minutes walking distance to MRT Qizhang (七張),also there is a fast bus (bus no.1968) in front of MRT Qizhang and you may take bus to Taoyuan International Airport.
