*AVAILABLE as soon as the 1st week of August (approximate date).* $12,600NT per month in Gongguan (green line) 3 min walk to Gongguan MRT Station in a shared apartment with two awesome roommates!! 1 month rent plus 1.5 month deposit at move in. One year contract is preferred.

[Room]
Large room in shared 4 bedroom apartment with kitchen, living room and spare room (4th room) for guests. The room has lots of natural light and an amazing balcony. The room has been repainted recently and decorated with cool stuff!
I've been in this apartment for 5 years so I made the place and the room pretty comfortable and artsy. I've bought lots of things and made some art pieces to complete the room.
*I would like to rent the room as it is, I would prefer to sell everything as a package deal which includes a double bed with all bedsheets and pillows, wooden night stand(shelves), white desk, a chair, the clothing storage unit, all equipped fish tank, patio table with 2 chairs and 3 stools, 2 fans , 2 heaters, light fixtures and lamps (designed by me), speakers, many amazing plants, painting and other accessories.
I'm selling the whole as for 20 000nt (can be negotiated)

[House & Bills]
The house is a really cool, artistic space. It is well decorated and maintained by all three of us. We are looking for someone who is responsible and respectful to make sure we can keep it that way! Gas and electric are not included in the rent. Gas is very low and electric is only a higher expense during the summer months with A/C. Internet is split 3 ways and is billed every 6 months.

[The Area]
Gongguan is a great area with a lot of food, shops, bars/clubs and easy transportation. It is close to NTU and very convenient for getting around Taipei City, both on the MRT (green line) and by bus from the Gongguan Bus Station. We live above the night market as well so getting snacks, food and drinks is super easy! We are a 10 minute walk from the Gongguan Riverside Park, or a 5 minute U-bike ride.
