Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Foreign ESL Teacher to join our dynamic team. A successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering English lessons that cater to various proficiency levels. The position demands a creative and adaptable educator who can inspire students and address their varied learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students' varying proficiency levels.
- Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust instructional methods to meet individual needs.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and develop the ESL curriculum.

Requirements:
