For the past 3 years, in addition to my day job teaching ESL in a private junior/senior high school, I have tutored business people in the evenings. A successful format is what I call "Business Casual". We meet in small groups of 2 - 4 people for two hours, once a week for casual or directed conversation on various business, economic, political or social topics. It's an excellent opportunity to practice speaking in a small group environment and build vocabulary. These groups are especially useful for those who need English at work. I hope to start one or more new groups soon. Get a couple friends or associates together for business chat in English.
