Honestly, this is already *quite good* for TEALIT. It sounds substantially more professional and thoughtful than the average listing there. I’d only make a few strategic tweaks.

Main thing:
I would probably include the June subbing + September opportunity here too, because TEALIT users are often specifically scanning for:

* immediate hours
* future stability
* ARC/work permit potential
* schedule clarity

Also, “competitive hourly pay” is weaker than your actual offer. Since NT$700 is respectable for a smaller school with low hours, I’d just state it directly. Transparency filters candidates faster and avoids wasted interviews.

I’d also slightly tighten wording to sound a bit more confident/premium.
