Who We Are:
BigByte Education is a well-established language institute based in Taipei. Started in 1994, BigByte has grown rapidly in recent years, with 5 branches currently operating around central of Taipei. Currently, we are looking for team-oriented professionals who are committed to excellence in education and empowering students within a dynamic education organization.

The Basics:
* Full-time positions available from September
* Consistent teaching hours (no evenings, no weekends)
* Highly competitive hourly wage with pay rises available through a structured tier system
* Pre-school or elementary or junior high-aged students
* Small class sizes
* ARC, National Health Insurance, and Labor Insurance sponsorship provided

* Common-Core Curriculum:
We use a student-centered ELL curriculum which is CCSS-aligned and allows teachers to have day-to-day control over the delivery of content.
* Learning Management System:
An online platform is used to host our curriculum and manage student information, such as attendance and grades.

A comprehensive online training program, regular educator workshops, and bi-annual training observations are used to ensure educators always feel supported in the classroom and motivated to improve.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
* Passport holder from a native English-speaking country (USA, UK, Canada, AU, NZ, RSA, Ireland)
* Police background check at the National Level from your home country
* 3+ years of experience in full-time classroom teaching of children
* TEFL/TESL/TESOL/CELTA or education degrees preferred, but not required.
* Flexibility to changes

* Elementary school: Fall semester 2018. 16 hours per week. (more to be discussed during interview)
