Hi! I was born and raised in California, USA. My mom is from Taiwan and my dad was from Hong Kong. My Mandarin is at a minimum conversational level, but there are a lot of everyday vocabulary words that I don't understand. I would like to get to a high conversational level. Some things I would like to study is vocabulary and also possibly learning mandarin through translating english children storybooks. Hi, I have a 10 year old who is going to start school in a couple of weeks and would like to get her as much Mandarin as possible by then. Looking for someone 1-2 hours a day 3 or 4 days a week until school starts. After she starts school I need someone who can help her with her homework in the evenings.
