Hello, my name is Matteo. I'm a teacher from the United States, where I grew up and received my bachelor's degree. For more than two years I have taught students of all ages in elementary schools and buxiban-type language institutes in Japan and Taiwan. I am used to teaching students who do not quickly understand English, those who have learning disabilities, and those who need more engaging activities to learn vocabulary and grammar. I work well with local and foreign teachers, and I am accustomed to designing my own lesson plans and responding to feedback from my coworkers. I have spent much time studying foreign languages myself as well, so I understand the sticking points in language study and have many ideas on how to make it easier for my students. Please contact me if you want a dedicated, patient, and creative native English speaker to teach at your school.

Hello!
My name is Yejin and my English name is Jenny.
I went through elementary to high school in America and have a TEFL certificate.
I taught English at an English academy here in Korea.
I taught age groups of elementary to middle schoolers for over 1 year and spoke only English in my classes. I will be going to Taiwan to learn Chinese for about a year and I need a part time job so I can support myself throughout the stay. I don't expect too much of a high pay, just a flexible schedule and a school or individual to accept my status. I am a hardworking and determined teacher with an interest to become a better teacher and more experience so if this is the type of teacher you're looking for, please contact me.
My name is Brayden. Justed moved to Taipei, looking for employment. I'm experienced and extremely hard working, just finished up teaching in South Korea, worked in an elementary and middle school. Don't have an ARC so will need assistance with that.

Hello, I really need help learning some programming languages (mainly, C,C++, and Java) but if you know other ones (like PHP, mySQL,Ruby, etc.) I would still be interested.
I'm hoping that I can help you with your English while you help me brush up on my programming skills. Computer science students are preferred, but if you have the skills, I would be open to students who have studied other majors as well.
I'm very experienced, fun and hard-working. I truly enjoy teaching and make sure my students enjoy learning English by designing fun lesson plans.
I've taught at kindergartens, cram schools and am now working at an American school from 1:30-6:00.
If you have morning or evening hours available please contact me.
Thanks,
Matt
I am a honors graduate from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science with a concentration in International Affairs. Academically, my expertise lies in US government and politics, European politics, international institutions and foreign conflict resolution. In addition to graduating summa cum laude (highest honors), I graduated from the Honors College and received Departmental Distinction from the Department of Political Science.
Professionally, I have been working in the field of training & development for 7 years. I have worked with both large, multi-national corporations and well as a small, family-owned start-up firm. My duties have included training new employees and creating & presenting training content, both live and online.
I am looking to make a transition to a new life in Taiwan. To this end, I am looking for meaningful employment to start in early August (although I am willing to start sooner under the right circumstances). While I do NOT currently hold TOEFL certification, I will enthusiastically undertake any training as required by my employer, concurrent with my starting of work, to obtain the necessary certification should I be selected to teach English.
In terms of teaching, I prefer a corporate or university setting but am happy to consider excellent opportunities in primary or secondary schools or a private tutoring center. As I am looking to make long-term commitment to relocation, I would appreciate opportunities that would allow for professional growth in the future. Understanding that teaching English is the most in-need teaching job for foreigners, due to my undergraduate studies, I am more than capable of teaching US/Western politics/civics or US/Western history (social studies). I also am intermediately proficient in French.
I do NOT currently hold an ARC or Employment PASS, so I would require assistance with obtaining these necessary prerequisites before moving to Taiwan and starting work.
My preference is to work in Taipei although I will gladly consider Kaohsiung, Taichung or Tainan for the right opportunity.

Hello!
After travelling all around Asia I've decided to settle in Taiwan because I love this country, it's culture and it's people.
I have experience teaching English in many countries and with all ages (from kindergarten to university).
Yes, I'm from Barcelona, Spain, but I have no Spanish accent at all. I've learned English at school, but mostly travelling all around the world and speaking with people from many different countries.
After all my trips and adventures I have many funny stories to share!
I hope to see you soon!
