＊Gateway to the International Programs
The center for International Academic Exchange plays a role as “a window on the world”. We collaborate with a range of world-class partner institutions, offering a range of academic exchanges and activities. We are proud of our comprehensive international involvements.

- Mater Programs Delivered in English, We offer Master Programs delivered in English for all international students. There are programs in Healthcare Administration, programs in Computer Science & Information Engineering, programs in Business Administration, and programs in Creative Design. Nowadays, we have foreign students from India, Indonesia, Belarus, Peru, Bolivia, Estonia, Hong Kong and Mongolia. These foreign students make our campus an international community.

- Joint Master Degree Programs are offered to our graduate students by us and our partner institutions, such as University of Texas at Austin and Tulane University. As soon as the students finish the required courses and credits, they can get two diplomas from two universities.

- Distance Learning Programs are cooperated with Waseda University, Japan in the professional filed of U-Healthcare, using IPv6 to create a ubiquitous healthcare environment for elders at home.

- Partner Institutions: We collaborate with more than 30 well-known academic institutions around the world, including University of Texas at Austin, University of California at Irvine, and Tulane University in the United States, Waseda University in Japan, Beijing Jiaotong University and Shanghai Normal University in China, University of Oradea in Romania, Chiangmai University and Khon Kaen University in Thailand, Mariano Marcos State University in Philippines, University of Gadjah Mada in Indonesia and so on.
