What is CEC?

CEC (Chinese Education Center) of the Chinese Language Educational Development Foundation is one of the departments of the World Chinese Language Association (WCLA) which has been playing a crucial role in teaching Chinese Language to non-native Chinese speakers around the world since 1972.

CEC is a reliable language school.

CEC provides excellent programs of learning Chinese language and culture in a friendly and ambient environment where there are plenty of publishing and facilities to help students achieve their goals. WCLA (World Chinese Language Association) is the pathfinder of Chinese language teaching and had trained thousands of qualified and excellent teachers in the past three decades. Most of those teachers enjoy their success teaching Chinese in different part of the world. Some of them are invited to be trainers and teachers at CEC to help non-Chinese speakers learn Chinese language as well as culture successfully.

Students who study Chinese at CEC will take intensive courses of language skills, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. The courses are designed to meet various needs of students. They include many subjects such as business, Chinese culture, philosophy, and daily conversation etc.
We assure you that you can communicate with people in Chinese language easily and have better understanding of Chinese culture after you complete the intensive language programs at CEC. The knowledge of Chinese may be one of key factors that help you succeed in your life.

What are our courses?

You can take courses on Chinese language and culture. Language courses are designed for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. A wide range of textbooks are available for different needs. Students interested in studying any special subjects can discuss with teachers over their interests. Classes are available Monday through Friday, in the morning, afternoon or evening when may suit you.

Sign in fee: TWD500 (Earn permanent membership)
Class of 7 students: TWD150
Class of 4 students: TWD175
Class of 2 students: TWD220
One on one: TWD400

Discount is negotiable for long hours.

Abovementioned charges and fees should be paid in advance and no refund is allowed for classes you miss.

Location of CEC
4F, 1, Ning Po East St., Taipei 100, Taiwan, R.O.C. where people can reach by 3 minutes’ walk from the MRT exit No.3 of CKS Memorial Hall Station. Or you can easily get there by bus or cab.
