My apartment is right next to the “Taipei Da-An Sports Center”, close to the NTU& NTUE. This apartment has two rooms: Room 1 is a double bed room with an individual bathroom which is already rent to a Taiwanese (Male, engineer) and Room 2 is a single bedroom. Room 2 has everything you need, such as one desk/ one chair/two wardrobes from IKEA, as well as a big window, good campus view of the elementary school. There is a bathroom in public area but generally only for you to use. This is a furnished apartment with kitchen/ living room/ cleaner& dryer /indoor ventilation system/ Fan. The room is suitable for exchange students / foreigner studying Mandarin/ foreigner teaching English/ employee works nearby Daan District. Room2 will be available on February 1st (at least 3 months ). If you are interested, the rent is 14,000 NTD per month and two month deposit but including wifi service/electricity bill/all utilities to use.
