I have worked at Oxford for four years and have been happy with my time at the school. The classes are shared with Taiwanese co-teachers who are cooperative and do a good job of maintaining classroom standards. The aspect of teaching here that sets it apart from a lot of other schools I have worked for is the curriculum. There are a lot of activity classes that involve getting to have fun with the kids. These include classes like storytelling, basketball, soccer, and a games and activities class where you are allowed to design activities that would interest the kids. Teaching these classes along with the usual language classes makes the work load more enjoyable.
