Taipei Kuei Shan School, an accredited Christ-centered institution and an International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum school, is currently accepting applications for full-time teachers in their English section. Openings for August 2019 include Secondary English/Humanities, Secondary Science/Math, Physical Education/Coach, and PK-3 Classroom Teaching (age 4-8).
We are actively seeking qualified and effective faculty who wholeheartedly embrace Kuei Shan's mission to provide a Christ-centered learning environment in which students may "Know about God, follow Him, and strive to live uprightly in a way He would approve." Applicants should hold a BA from an accredited college and possess a current teaching credential/certificate in their home country. Qualification and experience to teach a second subject area, an advanced degree in subject area to be taught, or experience to work with English language learners in the regular classroom is preferred.
BENEFITS: Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications, ranging from 77,000 - 122,000 NT per month. Benefits include 8 weeks paid vacation, annual round-trip airline ticket stipend, housing compensation, paid sick leave and personal leave, National Health Insurance and National Labor Insurance, school tuition at Kuei Shan for two dependent children, and free daily breakfast and refreshments.
