Imaginative preschool & kindergarten teachers are wanted to join our growing preschool. Take part in learning together with the children as they explore the world around them. Little Seeds Academy is looking for creative, team-oriented, professional teachers to help us in our mission to transform early childhood education in Taiwan.

We have a team-teaching approach to the classroom. Teachers work together in pairs in each classroom and are also supported by school leaders. We have an organized, research-based curriculum that also offers the chance for teachers to get creative with activities and lessons. Our low student-teacher ratios allow our teachers to work mostly within small groups of children, rather than spend most of the time in front a whole group of preschoolers. The result: deeper learning and interesting work.

We offer:
1) Full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM;
2) Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience, annual bonuses, paid public holidays, paid vacation, paid sick days, and annual leave;

We are looking for teachers from the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand with:
1) Bachelor’s degree in education, or related field;
2) Teaching license from home country (preferred but not required);
3) At least several years’ experience as a lead/homeroom preschool or kindergarten teacher in Asia;
4) Genuine and demonstrable interest in teaching in a preschool/kindergarten;
5) Excellent communication skills and team-oriented disposition.
