I am a nineteen year old exchange student from New York and would like a native Chinese speaker to supplement my formal course work.
I will be taking Chinese courses at NTU 10 hrs/week. I would like an experienced teacher to help me with my work and emphasize key points. I would enjoy some sort of structured added lesson plan that incorporates "active learning." For example, let us go to a restaurant (my expense) and talk about the meal etc...
I have almost no knowledge of Chinese. I guess I can say I am also a bit stubborn, but really do want to learn Chinese. I would love some sort of strict structure to follow through with me.
