Hi there, I am a certificated Mandarin Teacher in Taoyuan. I have been teaching for 4 years since 2012 when I started to teach in summer camps in America. During 2012 and 2013, I taught Mandarin in a college in Edinburgh. Then I came back to Taiwan to keep teaching Mandarin and open a tutoring center in Zhongli. For more and more tutoring students, I opened another one in Nankan. I've been teaching Practical Audio-Visual Chinese Book 1 and 2 for more than 5 times and I also now keep editing my "Survival Chinese". I focus more on speaking and listening in class whereas you do reading and writing as your assignment. I can tell you the origins of characters and use my special ways to correct your tones. I can also help you memorize vocabulary by the "chunk" skills. Besides, I'd love to introduce you Taiwanese or Chinese culture and experience it with you. I am a very patient, friendly, and easygoing teacher. If you are curious about or interested in Chinese characters, calligraphy, Chinese culture or any things related to Chinese, welcome to my class and enjoy the relaxing music and coffee with me.
