I'm Ruth and I've been working in language training, conception and design for more than fifteen years on a corporate, individual and academic level.
My programmes go beyond current traditional learning, bespoke learning, immersive learning and so-called innovation in learning. They go to the heart of what it means to speak a language and make it your own.
Using specifically designed techniques that I have created and developed over many years, I focus on spontaneity, intuition, enhanced memory recall, body language, pronunciation and intonation, to name a few. What about time though? What if you have a crazy busy intense schedule? From the very beginning, the very heart of my concept was to design effective learning for the busiest of people. Learning that gives you the greatest results. Learning that blends seamlessly with your busy lifestyle. And however intensive we decide to make each programme, learning that leaves you refreshed and hungry for more. And for people unable to study abroad, creating a learning environment that replicates that of being in the country of their target language. I have successfully worked with professionals internationally from all sectors, all job types, all language levels.
To know a little bit about myself, I am from Europe and England. In addition to more than fifteen years experience designing education and training, I also have first-hand experience learning language: English is my first language but I am bilingual in French and also speak Mandarin Chinese. Regarding my approach and attitude to life, I particularly like to challenge myself, for example, before we had Internet I challenged myself to learn Chinese in just a year. I also sincerely believe good nutrition and exercise not only makes the body strong and healthy, but also strengthens and improves our ability to learn.
Regardless of whether English was our best subject or has always been our worst, with the right learning strategy it is possible to succeed.
