I was born in Belarus and moved to the United States with my family when I was 1 year old. I have been raised in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area so my accent is a crisp and clean.
I attended university at The University of Maryland, Baltimore County (ranked 11th in the United States for undergraduate education) where I received a Bachelors degree in History, Asian Studies, and a TESOL certificate.
During that time I traveled to Taiwan on scholarship to learn Chinese and tutor English. I then traveled to mainland China to teach English and study Chinese.
Since then I have taught and tutored Chinese in the United States and am now in Taiwan teaching English.
I am available to teach a variety of age groups!
