3. The apartment is right next to a small park and has two U-Bike stations nearby, making it a great place to live.
4. Security management staff are available 24 hours a day on the first floor, accepting packages and registered mail. Garbage is dropped off during 13:30-20:00 at the first floor of the community.
5. The apartment is 1~10 minutes walk to 7-11, Carrefour, Family Mart, PX Mart, Starbucks, IKEA, tradition market, park, cafés, restaurants, hospital, bus stop, etc.

7. The rent is NT$7500 +electricity fee. The rental included management fee and Internet WI-FI, water, natural gas, but electricity fee extra.
