Beautiful apartment located on a quiet street just south of Daan park. One medium bedroom , one large bedroom and one master suite ( with private bathroom and walk in closet). Great location and an oasis of peace from busy Taipei city life. It's a nonsmoking/ no pets setup. We are looking for clean, considerate, friendly roommates to make a nice home away from home. The photos are nice here but you really have to see how nice this place is in person. I also have videos of the apartment to show the how lovely it is and it's huge size.

-The living room/ dinning room/ kitchen area is very large and peaceful. It has a large ceiling fan to keep things cool , dining room table with 4 seats is perfect for studying, 48" TV with cable and movies on demand, , comfortable couches, nice front window and balcony. There are many plants throughout the apartment and we will be adding more. 100M download internet with a powerful wifi router.

-The kitchen is modern and very functional. Gas stove, new large refrigerator, dish dryer, big sink, toaster oven, microwave, dishes and pots and pans. Plenty of space to prep and cook. Plants around the house green things up.

-There is a shared bathroom for bedrooms A/B/C with a separate wet/dry area. Cleaning schedule to keep things nice and tidy.

Laundry room equipped with a good washing machine, and places to hang clothes.

Bedroom A 12000: Available February 28th. The front facing windows give lots of light to the room. A large sunny room with built in table (desk), chair, large closet, a double bed on a bed frame with hidden storage, lamp, Air conditioning in room. Also some plants to liven up the place. The size of the room is 280cm X 480cm.

Bedroom C. 11000: Available February 22nd (early move in Feb 1-8 possible). Medium size room with a window, desk, chair, wardrobe, double bed, shelf and bedding and plants. Air conditioner that works very well, quiet room. The room size is C 290cm X 330cm.

Bedroom D 15000: Available Now. Very large room with a master bathroom, huge walk in closet, 32" TV, bed frame (a mattress is possible, chair, built in furniture in the room. Air conditioner. A very nice and spacious room.

2 Month deposit required+ the roommates split ultilities (gas, electricity, water, internet (about 1000 a month except summers.. You will have a contract in English. The landlord is a very kind and attentive man. He and his wife made this apartment quite nice and fixes anything that is wrong very quickly. Easily the best landlord I've had in my 10 years living in Taipei.

Located near Daan Park by Heping and Xinsheng South road, it is well suited for NTU, NTUT, NTNU and CCU students. Great location in the city. We are close to Taipei Daan Sports Center (Taipei City Gym)

The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is very quiet and the street the apartment is on doesn't get much traffic. You can get to Shida, and Gongguan very quickly (maybe 3 mins on a bicycle). There are 4 MRT lines (subway) that are within 1km of the house. Thus you can get to any part of Taipei very quickly. A 5th MRT line (the blue line) is a short bicycle ride away. No matter where your work is, it is a very convenient place to live.

The location is perfect for students from NTU, NTUT, NTNU and CCU.

-10 min walk from Daan MRT / Gongguan MRT / Taipower MRT.

-1 min walk from Long-an primary school bus station.

-2 min walk from 2 U-bike stations.

-8 min walk Shida night market.

-2 min walk to 7-11
