We are looking for 1 roommate. Our place is a pretty quite place with fresh air for people to stay. The rent is NTD 13000.The traffic is pretty handy. The location is close to Xin Hai MRT station (10 mins by walk, Brown line). At least two buses go to NTU and NTNU; one bus goes to NCCU (10 mins to all the bus stops by walk). We have the basic furniture available. The rent contains housing guardian fee, the ticket for the swimming pool, and an opened free gym. Gas, Electricity, water, and the fee for shuttle bus are not included in the rent.
The facilities that our place contains:
A swimming pool. (Which is opened in summer time)
