My apartment is right located in shida night market which has many restaurants, shops, and cafe around! Its about 3 min walks to Taipower Building station and also to NTNU.
There are two rooms available from Feb 1st. Room 1 is double bed room and has access to a shared balcony. Rent is 12300 per month including all utilities. Room 2 is a very spacious double bed room and have many shelves for storage. Rent is 12700 per month including all utilities. (For year lease, there will be some discount).
The apartment has a cozy living room, a spacious full kitchen, and a shared bathroom with wet & dry separate area. The flatmates are very international and all friendly from USA, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Indonesia.
