Hello!

One bedroom available for a single person from June 26th to September 15th (with a possibility of extension for a month) in a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom apt, 6 mins walk from Shida (NTNU) and MRT Guting Station.

Our flat is clean and quiet on the 4th floor with an elevator. It comes with a washing machine, fridge, shared kitchen utensils etc. The room has an AC (functional with a little noise), fan and all the basic necessities.

You will be sharing the flat with an easygoing, respectful Taiwanese/French couple in their 30s and 20s. The living room is also used as storage for our growing collection of books, hence the boxes on the picture.

The monthly rent is 11,000 (OR 400 NT$ per day for less than a month stay) and 5,000 NT$ deposit. All utilities are included in the rent.
