Taipei Wego Private Senior High School, one of Taiwan’s most prestigious schools, is seeking full-time substitute teachers. The position will start immediately.

Job Responsibilities
Substitute for current foreign teachers when needed, including:
ESL courses for domestic-program students
English-related courses for students in the International Program
Assist with administrative and related tasks within the International Department.
Support other teaching or administrative duties as assigned by the school.
Qualifications
Bilingual background required
Fluent in English
Able to communicate in Chinese and possess basic Chinese reading and writing skills
A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
Applicants with a degree or academic background in English, Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related fields will be given preference.
Teaching or classroom experience is required.
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural educational environment.

Wego is located at no.50, Chu-Hai Rd. Beitou, Taipei (北投區珠海路50號) We are just minutes from the Xin-Beitou MRT station.

Offering: Work permit/resident visa, health/labor insurance, monthly payment starting from NT$71,000 which includes the base salary, living stipend, and certification bonus. Plus, there is a monthly bonus of NT$3,000 for perfect attendance as well as a Chinese New Year’s bonus. Teachers work Monday to Friday and have an additional half day paid leave per week, resulting in a four-and-a-half-day work week. Teachers who have a master’s degree will receive a bonus of NT$3,000 every month and those who have a doctoral degree will receive a bonus of NT$6,000 every month.
