📍 Location: Linkou, New Taipei City, Taiwan

Eco Kids Academy is looking for passionate and professional native English-speaking teachers to join our team!
We follow the Reggio Emilia Approach and provide a creative, caring, and child-centered full English-language environment for children aged 2–5.

🧑‍🏫 Job Requirements
We are looking for teachers who:
• Can lead classes inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach
• Use engaging ESL games and activities
• Implement effective reward systems to motivate students
• Maintain high energy and genuine care in the classroom
• Are committed to creating a fun and safe learning environment

🎓 Minimum Qualifications
• Native English speaker
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• TEFL, CELTA, certTESOL, DELTA, or a valid teaching license (preferred)
• At least 3 years of teaching experience strongly preferred – especially in early childhood education or in Taiwan

🏫 1. Full-Time Preschool English Teacher (Full-Day Position)
Start Date: July 1st, 2025 (includes one-month paid teacher training)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Teaching Hours: 22.5 hours/week
Monthly Salary: NT$70,000 – NT$90,000 (based on qualifications and experience)

📚 Class Schedule

🕘 2. Half-Day Full-Time Preschool English Teacher (N1 Class – Age 2)
This is a half-day full-time position — ideal for teachers who prefer a lighter schedule while enjoying full employment benefits.

Start Date: July 1st, 2025 (includes one-month paid teacher training)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (occasionally until 1:00 PM)
Teaching Hours: 12.5 hours/week (based on experience and qualifications)
Monthly Salary: NT$45,000 – NT$50,000
(Fixed monthly salary, not affected by holidays or school breaks.)

Class Size: 12–15 students

Location: Wugu, New Taipei City

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
(Includes 1.5 hours of daily break time)

Teaching Hours: ~23 hours/week

Kindergarten: 9:30–11:30

Elementary (G1–G6): 13:30–18:30
(Schedule may vary during winter/summer breaks)

💰 Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: NT$65,000–75,000
(based on hours, experience, education)

Bonus: NT$1,000 perfect attendance bonus
