VIS is expanding and seeking passionate educators to join our team! We provide a modern, high-quality learning experience for our students, with a diverse faculty from universities worldwide. As the first and only school in Taiwan offering a core Project-Based Learning (PBL) curriculum, we are transforming education and empowering students for the future.

Junior High School – Full-Time Positions
1. English (Subject) + Media (PBL)
2. English (Subject) + Social Science (PBL)

Junior High School – Part-Time Position
• English (Subject)

These roles involve teaching English in a subject-based format, alongside leading interdisciplinary, project-based learning (PBL) experiences in either Media or Social Science.

Senior High School – Part-Time Position
• Mathematics Teacher: This role focuses on teaching upper-level high school math, including courses such as Functions and Advanced Functions.

General Responsibilities:
• Teach subject-specific content (English or Mathematics) aligned with curriculum standards
• Facilitate meaningful, interdisciplinary PBL experiences that connect academic content to real-world applications
• Collaborate with colleagues to design engaging and student-centered learning environments

Requirements (All Positions):
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Eligibility to obtain an ARC and work permit in Taiwan
• Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional teaching certification (e.g., Postgraduate Diploma in Education)
• Minimum two years of teaching experience at the middle or high school level
• Familiarity with or experience in Project-Based Learning
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to innovative education

Expectations (Junior and Senior High):
• Design and deliver engaging, interdisciplinary lessons aligned with the PBL framework
• Develop and implement projects that connect course material to real-world applications
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among students
• Work closely with colleagues to align curriculum goals with the school’s mission
• Provide ongoing support and constructive feedback to students
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the school’s growth and innovation
