RECRUITMENT POSITION AVAILABLE (Linkou, New Taipei City)

SEST/Shane Education is currently seeking applicants to join the recruitment team based at Head Office in Linkou, New Taipei City.

Details:
The main responsibilities will be to coordinate the recruitment of foreign teachers for DTE and Franchise schools, and support wider SEST/Shane Education foreign talent acquisition operations.

As well as overseeing the recruitment process and everything that entails (sourcing, interviewing, hiring), you can also get involved with various ad hoc projects to gain skills and experience in other fields besides recruitment (such as HR, marketing, web design, copy editing).

Benefits:
Stable, office-based job with regular working hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm), fixed monthly salary (based on skills and experience, but flexible for the right candidate) as well as an annual bonus, paid holiday, and other perks (modern office, free shuttlebus, free lunch).

Requirements:
• Knowledge of EFL industry in Taiwan and (ideally) previous teaching experience
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills
• Able to operate semi-autonomously within a wider team
• Social media savvy and familiarity with basic digital marketing concepts
• Computer literacy and competence in basic computer software applications
• Previous HR/recruitment or sales/marketing experience (preferred, but not essential)
• Eligible to live and work in Taiwan (and passionate about living in Taiwan!)
• The office is an English-speaking environment, so Mandarin skills are not required
