Little Green House is an English school with a warm and positive learning environment. Located in Da-An district, Taipei, we provide quality English education based on American elementary curriculum to younger learners and elementary school students.

Our school location is 2 minutes from the MRT Technology Building station (科技大樓捷運站).

Our goals are to promote learning through reading, engage the world and develop love towards animals and the Earth. We have a set of curriculum and syllabus for teachers to be creative yet aligning with school objectives. Classes meet multiple times a week, which allows for easier lesson planning and more time with your students.

✎Part-time Position starting from Fall semester 2021
Qualifications:


＊TESOL/TEFL certificate preferred and US elementary school teaching experience is a plus
.
＊At least two years of teaching or teaching-related experience with young learners or primary school students.

＊Great writing skills
＊Knowledgeable in the following areas:
- Med-tech inventions
- Sustainable lifestyle
- Green technology
- New technology or inventions
- Animal Science
＊Punctual, sensible, enthusiastic, motivated, organized yet flexible, creative, high endurance, and a good communicator.
＊Strong organizational and planning skills.
＊Loving animals and being eco-friendly is a plus!

Teaching Position Responsibilities:
- Organize classroom lesson and coursework, including creating lesson plans based on provided course material
- Prepare materials and activities
- Identify students' language needs and provide help
- Keep a record of students' attendance and learning process
- Be up to date with students’ weekly progress in their student planners
- Attend regular meetings and discussions
- Manage and maintain a disciplined, positive and inclusive learning environment
- Actively assist in developing and implementing school events and activities
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
