1.Qualifications of Application & Basic Conditions:

Nationality: English as native language (Must hold the passport of America, Canada, Britain, Australia, South Africa, Ireland, New Zealand…etc.)
Educational Degree: a bachelor degree.
Teacher’s Certificate of Elementary School or ARC or APRC (Alien Permanent Resident Certificate)
English teaching experience in elementary schools.

2. Job Description:

The Term of Employment: August 1, 2020~July 31, 2021
(Term of Contract: Probation period is three months, renewed employment for great performance. School has the right to terminate the contract. If the teacher’s employment is renewed, the contract will be ended at the end of July. If not, the contract will be ended at the end of June. )
Grade of Students: Elementary School Grade 1-6
Number of students: 30 students per class
Content of Courses: Situational learning, English teaching, English presentation instructing, competition instructing, assessment, homework marking, teaching aids making, recording, material editing and substituting in an emergency.
Working Time: Monday-Friday from 8:00 am ~ 5:00pm (12:00~13:00 lunch break)；teach 26~28 classes per week (40 minutes per class)
Others:
(1) Attend school activities, such as parents’ day, demonstrations, field trips, publication of teaching achievements, student recruiting…
(2) If the school holds important activities on weekends, the teacher will have to come to school or instruct students.

3. Basic Salary and Other Benefits:

Monthly Salary: NT$ 60,420 (If the teacher continues working more than one year, he/she can expect to receive extra NT$ 700 per month. If the teacher hasn’t worked for more than one year, school won’t raise the teacher’s salary.)
Annual Bonus and Other Benefits:
(1) Rent allowance: NT$ 4000 per month (If the teacher works less than a month, it will be paid proportional to his/her actual working days.)
(2) Full attendance bonus: NT$ 1000 per month (It will be paid proportional to the teacher’s actual working days in January and February. There are no full attendance bonuses in July and August.)
(3) Free lunch during school days.
(4) Help supplying employment permit and ARC (Alien Resident Card)
(5) Provide labor / health insurance
(6) Help seeking accommodations
