Experiment Outline:
The objective of the experiment is to study L2 learners reading Chinese sentences and inferring unknown idioms(成語) in the sentences.
Procedures:
1. A self-evaluated questionnaire for vocabulary knowledge
2. Read Chinese sentences on the laptop.
3. Think aloud.
It takes about 60-80 mins to complete the whole experiment. The participants will receive NT 250 dollars.
Participants wanted:
Aged 18 or above.
English native speaker
Who has passed TOCFL 4 or above (or HSK5,6)
Place: NTNU(師大), NTHU(清華大學南大校區) which is convenient for you.
