I’m looking for an accommodation for my long stay (at least 6 months or more). Here are my preferences.
- A private rental with kitchen (either light or full kitchen) and private bathroom.
- 1 bedroom. Furnished apartment is preferable.
- Located along the MRT lines with a walking distance of 10-15 minutes to the station. If it takes 30 minutes or less from that station to Taipei City Hall Station, it will be great!
- Preferable: laundry in the building, elevator, high speed Internet, cable, etc.
- No pets. No smoking. No party.
- Move-in date: October 16 (more or less).
