Very convenient place, in between Guting MRT Station and Taipower Building MRT Station. 5 minutes walk from ShiDa nightmarket, National Taiwan Normal University, McDonalds, Burger King, etc.

The place consists of the top 2 floors of a building, and it has in total 16 rooms and a large common area consisting of living room and balcony. Most of the rooms are rented by foreign students, so it has a very friendly environment.There is also washing machine on the balcony, shared fridge and 2 shared bathrooms, one in each floor.

Only 1 month deposit, and the rent is only 6500nt per room with ALL expenses included except for A/C.

The landlord is very friendly and comprehensive and can speak english.
