This apartment is furnished with everything you need. The refrigerator is waiting for you to fill and the air condition will serve you when you come home. You can watch Cable TV or connect to the internet through Ethernet. The washer and dryer is in the unit so you can enjoy your favor shows while you doing your laundry. For better service, WIFI will be on your own expense.
The Gu-Ting subway station is only 5 minutes of walk and another 5 minutes you can reach NTNU. There are numerous nice restaurants on your way in and out.
The rent is NTD 19000 per month (include garbage, water, and elevator, building management fees). Utility fee is not included in the rent. It is based on your monthly consumption (NTD 5 per unit and the unit price may change subject to the market).
