A small cozy room is available in Chenggong Public Housing, which is strategically located at the heart of Da'an. Rental includes utilities, management fees, internet, etc.

This is an English friendly environment. You will be sharing the apartment with a SAT teacher from US, a patent engineer from Malaysia, and a local student (he will be moving out soon though).

The room is furnished with AC, cabinets, desk, bed, etc. The kitchen comes with a microwave oven, stove, a big fridge, etc. You have to share the bathroom with 2 guys. Light cooking is allowed. There is a small balcony for drying your clothes too. In addition, there is a roof top at the 17th floor for you to chill out.

You can enjoy a nice view of Taipei 101 directly from your room, and there's plenty of sunlight in the morning. The place is only 3 mins away from Tech. Building MRT, and in addition to that, the following are just a stone's throw away:
-3 supermarkets (Wellcome, Jason's, and PX, all within 3 mins walking distance)
-A small library
-Post Office
-Plenty of eateries in the vicinity
-Swimming pool
-Many shops/services (barber, clinic, dentist, etc.)

Looking for:
-Long term renter (at least 6 months)
-Student or young professional
-Non-smoker
-Non-pet-owner
-Responsible and clean person
