Hi,

We are looking for a flatmate to share our two-bedroom furnished flat. The flat is quiet and cozy on the 4th floor with an elevator, 5 minutes walk from Shida, Guting MRT station and Yongkang street, one stop from NTU (Gongguan station). Supermarkets, restaurants, Daan park all nearby. Available from 22 April.

The room is ideal for one person, although it isn't small. It comes with a single bed, AC, fan, wardrobe, mirror, desk, chair and a window looking outside.

Shared with a gentle, easy-going Taiwanese/French couple in their 30s and 20s. The monthly rent is 12,500, plus utilities(water, wifi, gas and electricity, split three ways, approximately 500~1,000 per month) and 2 months deposit. Short term stay is welcome with higher rate accordingly.
