Renting one room in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment near Jiantan!
Hi guys! I'm looking for someone (female preferred) to rent my room out to starting March 1st. Six months is fine, but so is long term. I got the place in September, but unfortunately I'm leaving this beautiful space and my wonderful roommates to go home, so I'm hoping to leave it in good hands!
We're looking for someone fun and respectful =)
The place is a 3 bedroom on the fourth floor in an older building. The neighbors are older Taiwanese and families with young children who won't bother you, as long as you're respectful. The landlord is very kind, he has been incredibly helpful in more ways than one. Conveniently located quite near the Shilin market, it is actually a brisk 15 minute walk to Jiantan station, if you don't have the time to spare there's a Ubike station 3 minutes walking from my house or you can just buy the bicycle that I have been using.
Room has twin bed, AC, dresser drawers.
$7,350 / month (utilities bump it up to around $8,000)
Wifi, gas, water, electricity, all that fun stuff in utilities
Two months deposit.
The house is fully furnished.
Kitchen contains gas stove, refrigerator, washer machine.
Living room has two sofas, kitchen table and chairs, desk and chair, AC, coffee table.
You'll be living with two wonderful girls who each have their own bedroom.
