Room now available in Banqiao in an area not far from Zhonghe and Yonghe.

Rent is 6500 a month, and utilities average out to perhaps 1000/1200 a month. Sometimes more in summer depending on AC usage.

We are about 10-15 minutes walk from two MRT stations, Banqiao Sation and Fuzhong station. Bus 307 and 1032 stop beside the apartment and can bring you to Banqiao station in 5 minutes. Several other bus lines can take you into Zhonghe and Yonghe.

Apartment is fully furnished, though if you have furniture you want to bring we can potentially accommodate it.

The room on offer is cozy one person room, fitting into a much larger apartment with a lot space for work, exercise and other activities.

Amenities include:
-Kitchen witch refrigerator, 2 stove tops rice cooker and mid size oven.

-Trash service (no waiting for or chasing down a trash truck!)
-Washer & balcony or rooftop space to air dry, or a laundromat 5 minutes away to machine dry

-Restaurants, Movie theaters, cafe, shopping nearby in the malls.

My roommate and I are both American men teaching English in Taiwan. I've been here 3 years and he's finishing up his first. We welcome international roommates from any country, and we'd like to find someone who fits just as much as fill the vacancy.
