YIXIAN Elementary English Village

Currently seeking a professional and experienced teacher for a position at Yixian Elementary school, located in Beitou Dist. Taipei City. Established in 2012, Yixian English village is an experimental program with 10 scenarios. We have real life scenario classrooms, friendly, professional and supportive academic team.

ABOUT US: Our program has a well-organized curriculum, including regular scenario classes, festival events, and a summer camp program. There are 25 class periods/wk. Monday through Friday 8AM –4PM; 7:15AM-3:15AM once a week, and occasionally work on Saturday (2 times per semester).

REQUIREMENTS: 1.The candidate MUST HOLD A VALID STATE TEACHING LICENSE IN ANY SUBJECT. Must be a Native English speaker. 2. Hold a degree from a recognized university - Elementary Education and TESOL Certificate is preferred. 3. At least one year of teaching or teaching-related experience with young learners and/or primary school students. 4. Takes teaching seriously. Possesses a professional disposition and a sincere desire to teach children. 5. A team player who enjoys sharing and collaborating with colleagues. 6. Possesses a working knowledge of average computer software and has a desire to acquire new computer skills.
