The flat is only 5 min walks to Taipower Building station, which is very convenient for students from NTNU, NTU, TKU, and PCCU. There is a small living room with sofa & TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony for laundry and a western style shared bathroom ( shared by 3 tenants). The apartment is fully furnished with many facilities available for the tenants i.g. kettle, refrigerator, TV, oven, stove, free washer & refrigerator. P.S.the flat is on 3rd floor with elevator.

The room for rent is a fully furnished single bed room with all furnitures. Rent is 10500 including electricities, water, gas, wifi, TV & regularly common area cleaning. Short term lease (3-6 months) is also ok,but rent will be 10900 per month. Flatmates are 2 French girls, 1 Indonesian girl & 1 Polish guy. All of them are mandarin students.
